The NRA 2010 will be hosted by the Institut für Textiltechnik of RWTH Aachen University (ITA).
- The Nonwovens Research Academy aims to promote fundamental understanding and knowledge of the science and technology of nonwoven fabrics, products and processes as well as related disciplines. The Academy will bring together an interdisciplinary group of academics, students, researchers, scientists and engineers to present and disseminate pre-competitive and post-competitive research studies relevant to the nonwoven industry.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
The NRA will bring together an interdisciplinary group of academics, students, researchers, scientists and engineers to present and disseminate pre-competitive and post-competitive research studies relevant to the nonwoven industry. The intention of the Nonwovens Research Academy is to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and research results and to encourage the development of technical understanding and knowledge that will help to support the growth of the nonwovens industry in the future.
The Nonwovens Research Academy rotates annually between centres of nonwovens excellence, with an initial focus on Europe, and particular emphasis on the host’s area of expertise and current research projects. Any research or academic institute or university department interested, is invited to join this network of nonwovens centres of excellence.
