Since 1971, the association has provided for its 270+ members, a comprehensive range of services with the information and data necessary to enhance the industry's goals and performance. The association has a global reach with a focus on Europe, the Middle East and Africa

All activities reflect the changing dynamics of the nonwovens industry with three areas of particular focus:

What makes EDANA truly unique is that all parts of the nonwovens value chain are united under one umbrella.

EDANA member companies supply products and services ranging from raw materials to finished products and everything in between including machinery, components and development and testing facilities.

It represents not only all types of nonwovens, but also materials often used with nonwovens, such as films and superabsorbent polymers.

MISSION

As the global trusted voice of the nonwovens industry across the supply chain, EDANA sparks thought leadership and fosters dialogue with all stakeholders. Through safe and open networking platforms, we support sustainability ambitions, responsible product stewardship, and address common technical, regulatory and market challenges.

EDANA annual general meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) approves the activity report of the Board and the audited accounts, it also elects the Officers and other Board members. It defines EDANA' general objectives to attain the association's mission and vision, and approves the budget.

All EDANA members are invited to participate in the AGM.

EDANA Competition Guidelines

EDANA Competition Guidelines are the EDANA trade association antitrust guidelines dealing specifically with any activity organised under the auspices of EDANA.

These guidelines do not replace in any way the specific antitrust guidelines of member companies. They provide actions for the meeting of member companies together with EDANA.

EDANA competition guidelines
