Besides the conference hotel, EDANA has secured room blocks at two hotels in Estoril (15 minutes’ walk) with preferential rates, offering options with lower budget ranges. Click here for more information. 

Cocktail DAY 1:

On the first day, the cocktail will take place at the conference hotel, the Cascais Miragem hotel, by the pool, with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean, Cascais Bay and the Marina, in a setting that reflects all the beauty and light of the Lisbon coast.

Cocktail DAY 2:

On the second day, the cocktail will take place at the Valverde Sintra Palácio de Seteais which is an authentic 18th-century palace located in Sintra, a UNESCO World Heritage site, offering privileged views over the surrounding hills and the sea. 

Shuttle buses will be organised to and from the hotel. 

Delegate and Networking Pass

This conference offers 2 types of passes: 

Delegate pass: Fees include access to the plenary room for all presentations, access to the exhibition, lunches, coffee breaks, two cocktail receptions, and digital access to the conference presentations.

Please note that fees do not include the 23% Portuguese VAT, which will be added to the total.

Networking pass: Each company is entitled to purchase one networking pass per registered delegate. This pass includes access to the opening keynote on Day 1, access to the exhibition, lunches, coffee breaks, and two cocktail receptions. 

Please note that networking passes do not grant access to the plenary room for other presentations, except for the opening keynote on Day 1. 

* Fees exclude 23% Portuguese VAT, which will be added to the total.

Discount: Benefit from a 15% discount by registering a minimum of 4 delegates. Registrations must be done simultaneously to benefit from the discount. Discounts do not apply to networking passes and exhibitors are not eligible for this discount policy.

Exhibition

Like last year, we are offering two exclusive booth options to showcase your brand and connect directly with industry leaders.

20 booths are available:

• 15 Standard booths: Each includes a high table, 2 chairs, electricity with 1 multisocket, and a backdrop that can be personalised.
• 5 Premium booths: Each includes a dedicated meeting space behind the backdrop, a high table, 2 chairs, electricity with 1 multisocket, and a backdrop that can be personalised.

* 1 free pass to attend the conference and all networking activities is included in the price.

Meeting rooms

23 meeting rooms are available for private business discussions — book early to secure yours. Note that booking a meeting room does not give you access to the OUTLOOK conference or to the networking activities.

OUTLOOK™ 2025, the innovative future

OUTLOOK™ 2025 took place on 23-25 September 2025 in Budapest, with 475 delegates from 207 companies and 37 countries across the nonwovens personal care, hygiene & wipes products value chain.

OUTLOOK™ 2025 Conference 

The conference opened with a keynote from Ambassador Ivo H. Daalder on how global alliances and economic policies are reshaping trade and markets, setting the stage for industry-specific discussions.

Experts shared insights on absorbent hygiene product markets in developing countries, where local players excel through agility and sustainability. A wipes sector session with speakers from Water UK, Euromonitor International, and Suominen Corporation emphasized that collaboration, innovation, and credible claims are essential for the category's sustainable future.

OUTLOOK™ 2025 Exhibition 

As part of its commitment to fostering connections within the industry, OUTLOOK™ 2025 continued its tradition of offering extensive networking opportunities to its delegates.
