Absorbent Hygiene Products Course
What to Expect
EDANA's Absorbent Hygiene Products course will give you a unique overview of all aspects of hygiene products, processes, and markets, with a focus on baby diapers, menstrual, and adult incontinence products.
Through a balance of theory and practical activities, you will cover the entire lifecycle from raw material selection to market positioning with highly relevant content for nonwoven professionals looking to balance cost-consciousness with performance and sustainability.
With a panel of expert instructors, you will learn about product design, raw materials (including super absorbent polymers, adhesives, and closing systems), converting technologies, and the latest developments. The course also includes modules on legislation, sustainability aspects of AHPs, product testing and evaluation, and market information.
Note: Some knowledge of nonwovens is required to make the best of this course. If you are new to the industry, we highly recommend you complete the Nonwovens Fundamentals e-learning or Nonwovens Introduction live course first.
