Winning an INDEX™️ 26 Award is the highest accolade that can be given to a company for achievement in the nonwovens and related industries.
Award winners benefit from improved standing within the nonwovens business community, as well as significant public relations advantages. INDEX™️Awards are presented once every three years during the INDEX™️ exhibition.

What is the procedure?
Applications must be submitted at the latest by 30th January 2026 using the online form, and where applicable, samples and further details should be sent by post . All applications will be treated with full confidentiality.
EDANA will send you confirmation by email of your submission as soon as it is received, together with the entry number.
Up to three entries will be shortlisted per category, and applicants will be informed by mid-March 2026 whether they have been selected.
The INDEX™26 awards ceremony
The winners will be selected from the shortlisted entries and will be presented with their awards at a special ceremony. Shortlisted applicants are strongly encouraged to attend the ceremony in person, or to nominate a representative from their company to attend on their behalf.
This ceremony will take place on 19 May 2026, the first day of the INDEX™ 26 exhibition, at 10.00 at the EDANA stand.
What are the criteria to apply?
- Products must have been commercially available during the period 22 April 2023 – 31 January 2026.
- Companies may only submit one product per category
How to submit your application?
- Complete the online application no later than 23:59 on 30 January 2026
- Where relevant, you may send 3 samples, or three sets of details of your product. If the product is a roll good, the samples can be A4 size, by 30 January 2026 at the latest to:

Calendar
- 30 January 2026: Application deadline including samples and details where applicable.
- Mid-March 2026: Notification of judges’ decision. All qualifying entries will be showcased in a dedicated press release.
- 19 May 2026: The Awards Ceremony
