Explore the latest technical developments and case studies in the geosynthetics sphere and exchange best practices in standardisation and sustainability

The EAGS taking place on November 22 is a one day conference and exhibition covering markets, products, technologies and applications for all types of geosynthetics: geotextiles, geogrids, geonets, geomembranes, geocomposites, geocells and roofing felts and membranes. Innovative topics in line with the sustainability issues are also covered.

It is a unique networking event attracting leading decision makers from across the geosynthetics supply chain, from raw materials to buyers and users of geosynthetics, with specific reference to Greater Europe, including Russia, and Asia. A tabletop exhibition is organized to facilitate networking between participants and companies representatives.

Simultaneous translation into English and Mandarin is provided throughout the conference. 

The event will take place back to back with the ISO/TC 221 annual meetings in Tai’an, China.

Second edition of the EurAsian Geosynthetics Symposium meets aim of  building bridges across Europe and Asia

The second EurAsian Geotextiles Symposium (EAGS) was held in Beijing, 18 - 19 November, attracting around 150 participants who enjoyed a productive 2-day event exploring the latest technical developments and case studies in the geosynthetics sphere and exchanging best practices in standardisation and sustainability.

Standardisation, sustainability and environmental protection were key themes at the event with many presentations illustrating how geosynthetics can provide solutions in these areas, including prevention and remediation of natural disasters.
